There are 2 ways to place an order to adopt one of my dolls. The first way is to place an order in commission or private sale. The second way is to wait for public sales.
Public sales is when I make an original creations that I put on sale via my website, in the “dolls” category. It happens every 1 or 2 months
A commission is a personalized order. It is a customization service based on a doll head provided by you. You are then free to choose the makeup as well as the details that will constitute the head of your doll (shape of the mouth, color of the skin, shape of the eyes, sculpted additions, elf ears ...)
To know : The details of my style are inseparable from the doll's makeup. Plus you have to know that I always take some liberties in terms of details, while staying accurate to your request. I need this freedom to make your doll's makeup more harmonious and unique. No sketches will be provided to you except from your side if you wish. The doll comes to life in the atelier from the elements that you have shared to me beforehand (do not omit any details on the form, otherwise I will advise).
This is a commission for which I provide, according to your wishes and depending on your budget, all the elements that can constitute the doll (head, body, wig, clothes, accessories, etc.)

Via Instagram, I announce the opening of a waiting list with a few places to complete your commission or private sale.
When places are available, you will simply need to go to my website to reserve your slot, by clicking on the category “commission” or “private sale”, depending on your doll project.
You will then have several options to choose from (adding tears or not, doll with or without an outfit, etc.). Each added option will have a cost that will be added to the total price of your project.
After making the payment and reserving your place, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. Following this, I will manually send you another email containing a form to fill out so you can provide me all the details of your doll (colors, sculpt, etc.).
Once you have completed the form, please send it back to me by email. I will then get back to you to discuss your doll project.
I can begin bringing your doll to life once I receive it and as soon as it's your turn on the list. I will keep you regularly updated on the progress of your project (photos, etc.), while also asking for your approval at each stage of the makeup process to ensure everything is to your liking.
Once the doll is finished, it will be packaged with love and care for its journey to your home.
When all the places are taken, the waiting list is closed until all the ongoing projects can be completed.
Note: Be aware that any request for modification after validation of a step may incur additional costs.
The public sale consists of offering you an original creation according to my inspiration of the moment ( customized head only or complete doll with or without clothes ...) I present my creation via Instagram in Post and Story a few days before the sale ( the day and time are indicated in the description of the Post ). On the day of the sale and at the time indicated, if you wish to adopt the doll, you will simply have to go to my website. Then go to the "For adoption" category, then click on the doll that interests you. finally click on the “adopt” button to complete the payment of the doll. A confirmation email will then be sent to you if you have won the doll.
I do not reproduce dolls that I have already created. I can remake a similar doll for you, in the same aesthetic direction, but it will not be reproduced identically. Details will vary, such as colors, sculpt or expression... Because I want each person to have a unique doll. In addition, it is not interesting for me to have to recreate the same creation.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
- Do not put your fingers directly on the face. ( gloves recommended. )
- When transporting, protect the face with a suitable fabric.
- and finally, do not give your doll too many cookies before going to bed !

adoption
Makeup customizations of all styles ( cute, gothic, natural, fantasy...), face modifications ( sculpt nose, mouth, eyes...), modeled additions ( ears, horns, eyes, tears, mushrooms...), change the skin color of the doll ( paint it blue, purple...). If you have a particular project do not hesitate to contact me, These are my favorites!
I do not produce sexualized dolls. I don't do gore ( I can make scars, a bleeding nose, for example, but not infected wounds that flow with lots of blood... ). I do not reproduce the work of other artists.
Deadlines can vary between 3 weeks to 4 months depending on the complexity of the project, supply times and your place in the waiting list. You will be kept regularly informed of the progress of your project. Thanking you for your patience if necessary!
Yes ! Dal, Pullip, blythe, Isul, Rainbow High, BjD, monster high...except recast/counterfeit. You'll have to specify it in the form that'll be sent to you.
Depending on the value of your project and/or the problem encountered, the first refresh is free, whether in commission, private sale or public sale. Otherwise, the refresh is chargeable and is billed as a specific request (please contact me).

The price of my dolls depends on their complexity and elements. The more complete, detailed and modified the doll is, the more the value of the project increases. The price is between 160 to 800 €
Yes, it is possible to pay in several installments with Paypal if you reside in France! The doll will be sent to you directly afterwards.
Otherwise, payment in several installments can be made manually by contacting me beforehand. You will have to pay me a first half of the amount and the rest of it will have to be paid to me in the following months (between 2 and 4 months). The doll will be sent to you only when the entire amount has been paid.
Creations on commission, in private sale or in public sale cannot be refunded or returned.

I only ship with my local company ( La Poste ).
Yes, I ship worldwide from France ! The transit time of your package can vary from 4 days to 12days depending on the deadlines charged by the post office. Please note that you may have to pay a customs tax upon reception of your package ( against my will ), if you are outside Europe.
Once the doll is finished or ordered, it will be shipped to you within 4 days. Shipping costs are at your responsibility. I am in no way responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company, or any delays. I will not make any refunds. Once the package is given to the shipping company, it is their responsibility. However, I always remain available after reception, if necessary!
